The CheckMate Diabetes app is a free app that facilitates monitoring of blood glucose levels for people with diabetes (“Service”). This Service is provided by CheckMate Diabetes at no cost and is intended for use as is and requires account registration prior to use. The Service and the app are owned exclusively by CheckMate Diabetes, Incorporation. (“CheckMate Diabetes”, “We”, “Our”, “Us”).
Whenever you use our Service, we automatically collect data and information (through third party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

We use the information we learn from you to help us personalize and continually improve your experience with our app, including to:

- Post your user generated content to our app as you request

In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information without parental consent, we will immediately delete these information from our servers.
